It consists of three main buildings with 16, 18 and 20 floors, with a total area of 11,200 m2, as well as two 8-storey buildings. The complex has 110 apartments and a 3-storey office center. The complex was built using the most advanced construction technologies and reflects the latest achievements of engineering ideas.

The following work has been performed by “LODOS” company: working out of constructor and drawings on the approved architectural design of the facade; working out of facade details; calculation of wind and snow loads; calculation of key project indicators; calculation of horizontal and vertical profiles; calculation of temperature and climate effects on profiles; calculation of connecting/fixing bolts and anchors.
