The city of Naftalan is of republican significance and is located at 360 km from Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.The first floor of the hotel complex has a bus terminal, the second and third floors are alloted for commercial facilities, and the remaining 7 floors are designed for the hotel.

The following work has been performed by “LODOS” company: working out of constructor and drawings on the approved architectural design of the facade; working out of facade details; calculation of wind and snow loads; calculation of key project indicators; calculation of horizontal and vertical profiles; calculation of temperature and climate effects on profiles; calculation of connecting/fixing bolts and anchors.
